Engagement sessions are so much fun!
The engagement session is a portrait session of the both of you, before the wedding. This is an opportunity to get to know you, and to put you at ease in front of the camera. All our brides and grooms are much more relaxed on the day of the wedding and the photos will be much more natural.
Whether you are a cool and relaxed couple or more edgy and modern, we strive to capture your real personalities and your relationship.
The sessions are relaxed! They last for about one hour, will take place somewhere in Brussels and you can bring an extra outfit to have a different look on the photos.

• The shooting fee, one location in Brussels and until 1h of shooting.
• An online gallery to share with your family and friends.
• One favorite photo (format 8x12 / 20x30cm) is free. The rest of the images can be purchased separately.
During the wedding day, besides the ceremony and the reception, we will do a portrait session. This is the moment in the day to take a rest from the emotions, and to enjoy some time together away from the crowd.
We will find a beautiful location, it may be a garden, a parc, an old barn or any interesting place around your venue!
Our bride&groom sessions are different! They are modern and romantic, far from the old traditional look of wedding photographs. We will give you some directions on how to place yourself and how to interact, in a way to create something that looks natural and spontaneous. Don't worry if you are not comfortable with photos, we are used to it, and we are always placing you at your advantage.
Small details are very important: the body position, the hands, all can completely change a photo. After all the time spent in choosing your dress, your hairdo and your makeup, you DESERVE to have the most beautiful portraits of you!
Ideally we would like to spend some time alone with you for the portrait session. The newlyweds are not so comfortable in front of guests or friends, because they get more self-conscious. People will start chatting, laughing, etc… and that has an impact on the photos. We had once a groom who was always looking on the side on the photos because his friends were near...
We advise to plan 45min in your timeline for the couple alone if you want to have images to the level of what you can see on our website. We know that because of traditions, family responsibilities and the timing, it is not always easy to achieve. However it is important to have beautiful images of you two, something more creative. So make sure to count some time for this session (don't forget the time to go & return from the shooting location!)
Opinions may vary about the perfect time to choose to do the portrait session. We can discuss this with you during our consultation, to see what fits best to your needs.
Unless you are a model or an actor/actress, you will probably not be at ease being the center of attention. Many people almost expect to feel akward during the portrait session!
But this does not have to be true. The best way to feel better is to forget the camera. Our style includes to put people at ease, to help them to forget the fact of being photographed.

Our collections start at 1099€ for 8hours of coverage by 2 photographers, with a DVD of edited hi-resolution photos.
